Prepare the required documents

• Certification of Incorporation
• Memorandum and articles of association
• Certified copies of auditor’s report or financial statements
• Ownership Chart / Organisation Chart
• Proof of business and mailing address within the last three months
• Proof of residential address of the guarantor within the last three months
• Proof of residential address of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) within the last three months
• Hong Kong Identity Card or other identification documents of at least two directors
• Hong Kong Identity Card or other identification documents of all authorised persons, guarantors, major shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners
• Resolutions of the board of directors

• Companies incorporated in Hong Kong

  1. Business Registration Certificate
  2. Annual return or Consent to Act as Director

  OR

  Companies incorporated overseas

  1. Director Registration Form
  2. Shareholder Registration Form
  3. Certificate of Good Standing within the last year
  4. Certificate of Incumbency within the last six months

* All documents shall be certified by any one of the following persons:

1. Registered notary public
2. Lawyer
3. Certified Public Accountant
4. Branch manager of a bank
   • The certifier must sign on all copies of the documents and provide i. date; ii. name; and iii. Position or capacity.
   • The certifier must state that it is a true copy of the original (or words to similar effect). Please be noted that the name card of the certifier should be sent along with your application.
   • The certifier must provide copies of his/her qualifications (such as a solicitor's certificate) which can be verified on the websites of government or recognised institutions.
